Pre Delivery
If you decide to cancel the delivery within 3 working days of arranged delivery time you will be liable for a £40 fee per item.
- Product Specifications
A: When ordering our natural wood furniture sometimes there may be slight variations in colour, Grain pattern and shade. Our natural wood furniture is hand crafted using natural wood timber.
B: There might be slight difference in size between products of the same description. All specifications on products are approximate.
C: All our natural wood furniture can mellow with age and exposure to sunlight
D: These are handmade pieces where vary degrees of distressing is generally applied. This is common and makes is piece totally individual. This may also involve wood splits, wood filling, knots, purpose distress, scratch marks, antiquing.
E: We try to display as accurate as possible the true colour of our products in all our marketing material via our website. We cannot have complete accuracy of the pictures or photographs that are shown due to monitor setting and camera lighting that can affect the colouring of items in a picture. We will not accept colour or shade discrepancies as a reason for defect, if you are dissatisfied with the colour or shade we will however offer a refund as long as the item is reported within 7 working days. You will be liable to pay the return carriage cost and only the goods cost will be returned not carriage costs.
F: All measurements specified are approximate and are used as a guideline, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the dimensions that are shown on our website and will not accept dimensions discrepancies as a reason for defect.
G: On our self-assembly items care must be taken in putting together and to follow the instructions supplied to avoid any unnecessary damage, On our natural wood furniture there will be some home self-assembly to avoid any damage in delivery, This includes dining tables, beds and some wardrobes, occasional table and any handles for drawers and doors and maybe on the inside of the drawer or door, In no way this detracts from the quality or structure integrity of the products.
H: We are unable to unbox any of your items or assemble any of the furniture, our drivers are on a strict delivery schedule to enable all deliveries to be met on that day. There is no facilities for the removal of any packaging.
J: Our solid hardwood furniture will require treating with wax immediately up receipt, ensure that the whole item is waxed not just the top and sides and repeated every 6 months with a natural wax polish, Failure to treat the furniture in this way may result in accelerated drying out due to central heating and can result in damage to the item and will not be covered by your warranty.
K: On rare occasions due to climate change you might find slight swelling on doors or drawers making them stiff to open, Usually this will rectify itself within a week once the timber adjust to its new environment and heating conditions, you may find by just swapping drawers around it will also remedy this.
However on very rare occasions you may find the timber movement may not settle and you may find by sanding or shaving a small amount from a drawer or a door. If so please shave from the bottom of the drawer and front or side of the door as this will not be noticeable, and will not invalidate your warranty. A simple touch of furniture polish will then protect any adjustment made. Please be made aware you are purchasing natural timber products where slight timber movement in transport is a possibility, stiff doors or drawers will not be classed as faulty or defective. This means that any simple adjustments can be made by you at your expense, if you do not wish to undertake any adjustments needed and wish to return the item we will of course offer a refund but will charge a return carriage fee.
Prices / Payment
2A: All price include VAT where appropriate rate
2B: All goods delivered free unless otherwise stated
2C: Payment can be made by credit or debit card at time of order. The price of any product is the price is the price at the time and date of the order
2D: You must undertake all details that you provide to use for the purpose of purchasing products which is offered by us on our website will be correct that the credit, debit card details which you use is your own and that there is sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the goods. We reserve the right to obtain authorisation of your credit/debit card details before accepting your order.
2E: Payment will be taken in full at the time of the order
2F: The contract shall not be complete until we have accepted your order and sent you confirmation of receipt of your order by return email to the address you have given us during the registration process.
2G: We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you
Delivery
3A: We can only deliver orders to you to an address on UK mainland
3B: We will endeavour to deliver goods to you within 14 days with some products being delivered within days subject to stock availability
3C: We will contact you to arrange delivery time and date to suit you, failure to be there at arranged time or date might incur redelivery costs
3D: Most of our deliveries are managed by one person and would need assistance on larger items
3E: The driver is only authorised to deliver to the door delivery past the front door is held at the house holders liability and no responsibility for accidental damage caused would be held by our driver
3F: There must be a safe and clear access to enable our driver to park his vehicle and to deliver the goods to you, this may be a large delivery vehicle
3G: If we accidently damage goods in the course of delivery our liability for that damage is limited to the repair, replacement or refund of the goods
3H: We do use competent drivers who handle furniture every day and is all well packaged to minimise any damage.
3I: Delays can occur in delivery that are out of our control such as car accidents, road works, but we will keep you informed as much as possible
3k: We will deliver your order free of charge however if you want to return any items we reserve the right to deduct standard returns fee from the original price.
3L: Goods are delivered weekdays only direct to your home address supplied, we will email you or text you you’re delivery time and date to keep you informed as much as possible.
3M: There are acceptions on delivery postcodes notably the Scottish highlands and parts of wales, in some instances an extra charge can be made
3N: All goods must be checked and signed for and any packaging check for any delivery damage, we are unable to accept delivery slip as sign unseen a or no damage to packaging. All damage goods must be reported within 3 working days of the goods being delivered, all claims must be supported with clear photograph that shows the damage, clear photographs of the packaging (to demonstrate condition of packaging) details of product batch number , customer name and address.
4 Refund Policy
4A: If you decided to cancel the delivery within 3 working days of arranged delivery time you will be liable for a £40 fee per item
4B: All returned goods must be returned in a sealable condition and must be replaced in its original packaging
4C: The goods must not have been used, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any mattress that has been unpacked or slept on, Health & safety reasons.
4D: A refund will not be given as we cannot be liable for goods orders in error, Weather wrong size, colour, unable to get into a room or house e.t.c, All measurements should be checked prior delivery.
4E: Exchanges will incur additional cost for redelivery, there is a £40 fee per item
4F: All returns must be notified by email as soon as possible with batch number of goods given
4G: If there is a clear defect problem then charges will not apply
4H: All our goods are checked before packaged ready for delivery
4I: A refund will not be given if a defect arises as a result of fair wear and tear, malicious damage, negligence, and misuse, abnormal working condition or failure to follow our oral or written instruction in construction or storage or use of these products
4K: Or the customer alters or repairs any products without written consent
4L: If the item returned is not resaleable due to bad self-assembly we reserve the right to refuse a refund, this does not affect your statutory right.
4M: If any defected products are covered by the warranty then within 30 days of us examine the defective product we will either repair or replace such products ( or defective part) free of charge or refund the price of such products ( or a proportionate part of the price) provided that time customer offers up the product for collection.

This website is controlled and operated by Furniture Jungle from its offices in England, The formation existence, construction, performance, validity in all aspects what so ever of these terms and conditions or of and term of these terms and conditions or any dispute in relation to the material contained in the website shall be governed by English law, The English and Welsh court shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or use of this website, Your continued use of this website indicates you acceptance of these terms and conditions, unfortunately if you do not accept these terms and conditions we must require you to stop using the website and terminate your license to use it, All material within this website is for use for customers to use and not to be copied or used for any other marketing, publicity without the prior notification to Furniture Jungle
